因 2019 一支舞作想在作品裡唸詩，所以誕生了《在極度生的日子選擇死》，只因每一年都想在生日那天離開地球。收錄 2017 至 2019 年所有碎語和影像紀錄，不一定能稱得上詩，不一定能稱得上是攝影。

– Introduction：

In 2019, a dance piece gave birth to “Best Day To Say Goodbye" because I wanted to read poetry within the work — and because every year I wished to leave Earth on my birthday. It collects fragments of words and visual records from 2017 to 2019 — not necessarily poetry, and not necessarily photography.
